Purpose and Limitations: The LENS Assessment and its associated resources through the PRISM Operating System are designed to illuminate individual strengths and behavioral patterns in complex professional environments. This assessment is intended as a developmental tool to enhance self-awareness and professional effectiveness, not as a diagnostic instrument or definitive measure of capability.
 

Key Understandings:

• Results reflect self-reported behaviors and preferences at a specific point in time

• Individual styles may evolve with experience, training, and changing circumstances

• The assessment identifies tendencies rather than fixed traits
   

Prohibited Uses: This tool should not be used for:

• Employment decisions including hiring, promotion, or termination

• Performance evaluation or compensation determinations

• Medical, psychological, or clinical diagnosis

• Educational placement or academic evaluation

• Results are meant to spark reflection and guide professional development

• Should be considered alongside other factors including experience, skills, organizational context, and specific role requirements

• No single profile is inherently better than others

II. TERMS OF USE

 

1. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, methodologies, frameworks, assessments, tools, resources, and materials within PRISM are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws

• The PRISM name, logo, branding, methodologies, and associated materials are pending trademarks of Danielle Williams

• Documentation, training materials, assessment tools, and methodologies may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form without explicit written permission

• Derivative works are prohibited without authorization

• All rights not expressly granted are reserved

4. Authorized Use & Licensing

• Individual License: Granted for personal professional development only

• Organizational License: Required for team or company-wide implementation

• Facilitator License: Required for delivering PRISM content to others

• Academic License: Special terms for educational institutions

• Certification requirements apply for specific uses

• Licenses are non-transferable and may be revoked for violations

• Sub-licensing is prohibited without explicit agreement

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

• Methods, frameworks, and materials are confidential trade secrets

• Users agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct methodology

• Assessment questions and scoring mechanisms are proprietary

• Training materials and facilitator guides are confidential

• Users may not share access credentials or materials

• Results may be shared for personal development purposes only

6. Data Privacy & Protection

• Personal data collected only as necessary for system function

• Data handled in accordance with Privacy Policy

• Individual results remain confidential

• Aggregate data may be used for research and improvement

• Users can request data deletion subject to retention requirements

• Security measures in place to protect user information

7. User Responsibilities & Obligations

• Provide accurate information during assessment

• Maintain confidentiality of access credentials

• Use system as intended and directed

• Report unauthorized use or security concerns

6. Warranties & Limitations

• System and all components provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy or completeness of results

  • System availability or reliability

  • Freedom from errors or defects

• No representations regarding:

7. Professional Standards

8. Termination & Enforcement

• Right to terminate access for violations
