• Supabase: Database hosting, file storage, and user authentication.
• Anthropic: AI model provider. We send your prompts and relevant context to Anthropic's APIs to generate responses. Note: We have enterprise agreements ensuring your data is not used to train their foundational public models without explicit consent.
• Vercel: Web application hosting and serverless function execution.
• Resend: Delivery of transactional emails (e.g., data exports, password resets).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services:

• Active Accounts: Data is stored indefinitely while your account is active.
• Deactivated Accounts: If your account is deactivated, your profile enters a "sealed" state. Your data is hidden from public view and other users but retained on our servers for compliance and recovery purposes.
• Deleted Accounts: Upon initiating a permanent account deletion, we purge your PII, files, and workspace data from our active databases. Some anonymized metadata may be retained for system integrity, and financial records are retained as required by law.
