Terms of Service — Version History

Added a recording term: you may not record a meeting, call, or conversation through the Services without first obtaining every consent and giving every notice required by the laws that apply to you and to the other participants, and you are responsible for determining what those laws require. Extended the advisor clause on client consents to include consent to being recorded.

Added disclaimer of warranties, assumption of risk, indemnification, professional/advisor use terms, and a Delaware governing law and individual arbitration clause with a class action waiver and 30-day opt-out. Clarified that the Services support rather than replace professional judgment.
